A NOTE FROM THE NURSE

Welcome to Tucker County School Health. At the beginning of each school year, parents are asked to complete a Student Health Form for their child. I review each one that I receive and note any medical issues that need to be followed while at school. If your child needs to have a medication given at school, please have your medical provider fill out the necessary form (link on this website). I am the only school nurse for the school system, so I do not stay at one school all day long.
